Being almost too realistic, this turqoise starfish is the perfect piece to add to any beach themed collection or sit by itself on a simple white surface. The ridgid design of the starfish looks identical to real starfish, even the ends of the arms are flipped up, adding to the overall design. For an antique touch, the starifish has several black splotches that make it standout amongst the crowd.
The first colour that comes to mind when the word “ocean” is mentioned typically ends up being blue, and this large starfish sculpture is no different. Unlike most starfish pieces, this one is raised and has dozens of ridges like a live starfish would. The white dots along the ridges add to this realistic design, while the black spots primarily located in the centre of the piece make it feel more antique. There is nothing simple about this piece, but it looks stunning sitting by itself or surrounded by other seaside pieces!
