Made using the perfect kiln firing method-this urn has a white body with blue flowers painted al across- not too fine yet dark and intense enough to give it this fresh kind of lift. And from fine quality ceramic that ca be seen in the rich sheen on the surface-the urn is very close to typical Dutch pottery from Delft and a mix with the blue pottery from India and yet modern in its flair. Could be used for simple display on shelves or table tops or also be used to display flowers. The handle makes it easy to lift and carry and thus could be as a jug. Mere 25 cm tall, its rounded base is softly curving and that adds to its utterly charming look. Sits on small round base that gets balanced as the stem of the jug too is slim and the mouth small.
