We came across this striking hammered gold vase and immediately thought - that’s something pretty special. It’d be right at home in an upmarket furniture showroom or just as comfortable in the centre of a regular family dining table. That hammered surface is what makes it – gives it almost a vintage metalwork vibe, but also doesn’t feel dated.
The reflections add another layer entirely, making it look like it belongs in more ornate spaces than modern ones. But when we tried to match it with more contemporary furniture, the metallic finish made sure nothing else was left behind. What we realised after playing around with different table heights and placement ideas was that those leaf patterns broke up the monotony of standard top-down rows – worked wonders for bigger meeting rooms where you want guests to notice everything else as much as your ornamental wares.
It measures 25.5x24.5x31.5cm so it's going to occupy some vertical real estate - just something to keep in mind when setting up displays.
