Though they look slow and lazy, these amazing survivors can swim at a speed of up to 22 miles per hour! Since we are a country that loves nature, you can be rest assured that this jar is sporting the right decorative motif. Did you know that the gender of a turtle is often determined by the degree of temperature in which the eggs are hatched? Incubation of the eggs below 27.70C would produce a male turtle, incubation of the eggs above 310C would hatch female and anything in-between would be either male or female. The design of this Jar Turtle is inspired by these same incredible turtles which are depicted on the exterior of this jar right down to the smallest of details. It is made in a short 14 centimetres tall dimension.
