This Lamp Pompei is a real standout piece and we think it has just the right blend of subtlety and, well, a bit of drama in the right ways. The base is made from terracotta and has these amazing ridges - each one is hand finished - so you get those beautiful individual markings and a nice tactile feel. This isn’t something cookie-cutter or mass-produced. There are little imperfections and slight colour variations because every single lamp is unique. It’s not a fault at all, but some customers might need that explaining up front.
We’re seeing a lot of interest in more organic shapes lately and this fits right in with that trend.
